Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Canada : The rest of Canada Standard Shipping time 3-9 Business days $15.00 flat rate.
- USA: Standard Shipping time 4-8 Business days $20.00 flat rate.
At this time we do not offer shipping to locations outside of North America.

We try to ship out as fast as possible. Generally packages go out by Canada Post. Usually Canada post delivers in a week or less.
If you require expedited shipping please let us know and we will set that up for you.
We are not responsible for duties and taxes imposed on shipments to the USA however we can confirm that USA duties are only charged on items over $800.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We offer samples for your inspection and therefore we do not make returns on cut fabrics however if the product is faulty we will of course make an exchange and we will offer return shipping.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
