This pretty floral looks like a typical cotton print, but it in fact a brushed microfiber. Polyester is fade resistant, stain resistant and long wearing. The actual flowers are about 4-6" tall.
This fabric is rated as dryclean but personally I would try washing the sample. You don't need to put it in the dryer, it will dry in 10 or 15 minutes without wrinkles.
