Velvet Upholstery Fabric
Velvet fabrics are on trend these days, and I was pleased to stumble upon this collection of lustrous textiles which come at a very affordable price point! Combined with our store level bulk discounts, you can get a terrific price on this fabric and it bears a resemblance to some of my pricier velvets. Plus it comes in some very pretty colours.
To put it to the test, I gave a sample a wash, and it held up well. It's worth noting that these brushed textiles shouldn't be ironed, but steaming works just fine. If you decide to launder the fabric, my recommendation would be wash in delicate and promptly remove from the dryer, to prevent any stubborn wrinkles from forming.
