This heavy upholstery blended fabric possesses all the beauty of linen with none of the disadvantages. The texture of the weave is quite large with a smooth finish, similar to a high quality upholstery linen. It feels soft and smooth and the grain of the fabric is beautiful. With polyester mixed in to the linen, you will have a non wrinkling fabric that gives stain and fade resistance with a high wear rating combinued with the lovely drape that linen is known for.

Treated with Fibreguard, which is a stain repellant that will last through washing and drycleaning. I have clients with fibreguard treatment and they have told me the stain protection lasted 10 years. Fibreguard has their own website if you wish to read more.
