If you are looking for a heavy linen upholstery fabric but you don't want to pay the big price, this fabric is for you. This woven blend is available in a great selection of nuetrals and faded colours for your farmhouse style. 

It really does look like a heavy linen with some subtle colour variations.

This fabric is labelled dry clean because of the viscose. I have tried to wash it and it is possible but it gets very wrinkled. So if you want to wash it you need to like that "lumpy linen' look.
